Agreement
DinkDeck is provided by Apex Digital Solutions Ltd. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use DinkDeck
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password private.
Playing fair
DinkDeck is a record of real pickleball matches. Log only matches that actually happened, with accurate scores and the right opponents. Don't create fake matches or accounts, or collude with others to inflate OVR, medals or leaderboard position. We may correct or remove results that look manipulated.
Your content and conduct
Usernames, photos, court names and anything else you enter are visible to other players. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that impersonates someone. You can report or block players; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
OVR, cards and stats
OVR, tiers, medals and cards are fun in-app ratings calculated from matches logged in DinkDeck. They are not an official rating and are not affiliated with any governing body.
DinkDeck Pro and subscriptions
Some features require DinkDeck Pro, available as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. New users may receive a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Manage subscription in the app, or in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
DinkDeck is provided "as is". Pickleball is a physical activity: you play at your own risk and we're not responsible for injuries or disputes between players. To the extent the law allows, Apex Digital Solutions Ltd isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of the app.
Changes
If we make a meaningful change we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
